Green Tea BenefitsDrinking Green Tea increases Happy Neurotransmitters like GABA and Dopamine. Most people who suffer Depression and anxiety are deficient in GABA, Serotonin or Dopamine.

 Coffee on the other hand raises Cortisol, which decreases Serotonin.

Bottom line is Green Tea plus three, coffee nothing.

So, short-term with coffee you get a happy jolt but in the long run, not so good.  

Green tea extract can destroy plaque-causing bacteria and helps prevent tooth decay.

Green tea extract helps to lower the LDL (bad) cholesterol, helping to prevent stroke and lower risks for heart attack. Green Tea promotes the production of HDL (good) cholesterol, which removes plaque from the arteries and keeps them elastic, while lowering blood pressure.

 Controls Blood Sugar Levels-The polyphenols present in green tea reduce the amount of amylase that’s produced by the body. Amylase is the enzyme that converts starch into sugar. Consuming green tea helps to decrease blood sugar levels and thus helps keep diabetes under control.

 Prevents Liver Disease-Green tea protects the liver from toxins and thus helps prevent liver disease.
