Lower back pain is often caused by tight muscles of the back and gluteal region. Although it is not a replacement for professional care, using a tennis ball is helpful for keeping those tight muscles relaxed. The tennis balls can be utilized while watching tv and travel well on any trip.
The large muscles, such as the paraspinal and the gluteal muscles are ideal for using the tennis balls because they are larger and have greater surface areas. Always avoid going over the spine or other bony areas. You will know when you’re on bony areas because it will be uncomfortable
