Ok, I finally got Mike to write it all down. This broth is so delicious you can drink it. I love a cup in the morning with breakfast. The broth is a wonderful base for any soup, and in fact when I start with this stock, I can’t make a bad soup.
The health benefits are numerous, beginning with gut healing, which is ground zero for healing the body.

Mike and Jamie’s Nourishing Soup Stock

1 Ox Tail or any other bones you may prefer
2 carrots slices
2 onions
2 celery stacks
3 garlic cloves
1 tbls spoon salt
1 tbls pepper corns
3 strands of parsley
fresh thyme and sage
cook in crockpot for 24 to 48 hours on low

• Couple of drops of apple cider vinegar (helps bring out the bone marrow)
• put ox tail in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees (give a smoky flavor) with one of the onions
• Cayenne Pepper (to taste)

Drink a small cup a day with breakfast, or use to create many sumptuous soup’s.
